We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 to Canada, the 48 continental US states and the District of Columbia.

DELIVERY TIME
Please allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process and ship your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. In total, delivery time including both processing and shipping via Standard shipping is approximately 1 week. Individual product pages provide more specific lead time information on when products will ship out from the warehouse.
SHIPPING CARRIER
Please allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process and ship your order.
We utilize a third party warehousing company in the US. Orders processed through the website are tendered to them for picking, packing and shipping. Shipping generally occurs within 1-3 business days following receipt of order however, on occasion, may take longer. HEAVY & BULKY ITEMS
Note that heavy and bulky products will ship with a freight carrier. These deliveries are different from regular shipments in 2 ways:
- Delivery is by appointment. The carrier will contact you a few days prior to arrival and arrange a 2-4 hour window to deliver the items.
- Customer will be responsible for moving the products into his/her residence once the truck arrives at the delivery destination.
Curbside delivery is the standard across the furniture industry given the immense cost of shipping heavy and bulky products. We offer this service free to our customers.
We recommend customers who have difficulty moving heavy/bulky items to arrange separate local moving help to carry the product from the truck to your desired room.
APO/FPO AND PO BOXES
Standard and Expedited Shipping apply to APO/FPO or PO Boxes. Delivery to APO/FPO may require longer time.
POLICY AND TERMS
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from spicydevil.co you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
SHIPPING ON RETURNS
If you did not like our product and would like to return it simply email us a return request. Shipping back to us is FREE, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. You are responsible for packaging the product into a safe shipping box.
