Ingredients
grape tomatoes
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
romaine lettuce
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp coconut oil
1 pound fresh shrimp
1 tsp Spicy Devil Jalapeño seasoning
Directions
Avocado Salsa Preparation
Chop cilantro, red and yellow pepper, avocado, and grape tomatoes and combine in a bowl
Squeeze in the juice from the 2 limes and sprinkle in 1 tsp of Jalapeño seasoning
Mix all ingredients well
Sautéed Shrimp Preparation
Sauté shrimp in a pan with a tsp of coconut oil and freshly squeezed lime juice
Cook until firm
Season to taste with Spicy Devil Jalapeño seasoning
Recipe Note
Spread avocado salsa on romaine lettuce pieces and add sautéed shrimp on top. Garnish with a dollop of plain yogurt and cilantro.
